Monthly 2nd Saturday 8 am
Our men get together once a month for breakfast and fellowship in the old fellowship hall. There are four teams that rotate to cook breakfast. They are always looking for ways to be helpful to our church and community. They often do fundraisers, including BBQ's, to raise money to pay for projects they are involved in.
Our men go on Mission Trips to help repair homes that have been damaged by hurricanes. They have their own trailer to haul tools and are involved in all aspects of home repair including roofing, sheet rock, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing. They have traveled to Morehead City, NC, Swan Quarter, NC, Clyde, NC. They also help to build wheelchair ramps for people in the Oak Hill community. Their latest project is remodeling the downstairs of the Ruritan building to provide a better meeting place for the Boy Scouts.
