The Meeting Place Mission
The Meeting Place Mission provides assistance to all who come to our doors. We have several programs to provide individuals and families with the best possible opportunities to end homelessness. We have an emergency shelter for women and families, a transitional housing program, and a rehousing program. Our success rate over the past 7 years has been 95%. Our goal is to help families and individuals end homelessness permanently.
The homeless are helped on a first-come, first-served basis
because, unfortunately, space is limited. By providing much needed funds,
our donors allow more people the opportunity to end their
homelessness. Your donations also help provide alternative assistance and
contacts to anyone we cannot directly serve.
Our programs operate on a four-point plan: Extensive Assessment,
Developing Plan of Action, Accountability, Goal Maintenance. All parts of
the plan are overseen by our case manager and staff. Learn more about
what we do and visit our website meetingplacemission.org. You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
